Talakona is famous for the temple of Sri Siddheswara Swamy and the scenic and picturesque water falls in the midst of thick forest. People from Chittor district and neighboring districts will gather on 1st January and Mahasivaratri festival days and week ends to pray god and enjoy the water falls. Puranas says that those who do not have children come here and pray god for children and name their children as Siddaiah or Siddamma. The water falls are four km from the temple.

Talakona a water falls in Sri venteshwara park in Andrapradesh and is also a shooting spots for movies.The waterfalls is admist beauty with herbally rich and its falls from and height of 200 feet about 60 meters and there are water fall above this falls for this one can take several routes including long treck route at the begining of the park ,this waterfalls leads to tremendous nature beauty of no man land & big pool of water and it deep water but extremly pure and water fall plunges into this pool and there is even another water fall beyond this fall which is much bigger and dangerous trecking route
